This established car dealership was already built and a shared service garage space with an adjoining facility. Careful detailing resulted in no downtime during construction, completion on time and on budget and opening day celebrations that resulted in increased business and growth.

As their demand and market share grew, they needed to expand to provide their own facilities, including a customer drive-through, parts storage, wash-bay and service facilities.

By adding to the existing building, we were able to maintain the design language and branding of the dealership with a well programmed, functional, and durable addition.
