This vacant property on a busy Kanata main road was developed with the idea of creating a high quality contemporary development to house small business in the area. Richly detailed finishes and carefully planned placement for tenant signage helped create a strong, enduring, visual language. Project conceptualized and developed by Gord Erskine Architect, in collaboration.

Challenging grades and a busy main street created challenges for orientation and an efficient parking layout that didn’t look like any other strip mall.

Close collaboration during planning, from Day 1, allowed for a detailed design creating tenant identity in logical, rentable, viable spaces.
