This project saw the developer’s first foray into multi-family and apartment housing. The design suited a quirky lot size and setbacks to create a dynamic building form, delivering 38 rental apartments to the community.

The homes are zero operational carbon, using no GHG in the day to day needs of the tenants. A high performance building envelope helps make the building energy efficient and durable.

Large balconies offer generous outdoor space for tenants. The building is fully accessible across all floors with many accessible units as well as family sized apartments, catering to the growing needs of the community.
