A new building as part of a larger site redevelopment. The brownfield site was remediated as part of the overall demolition and adaptive reuse. The new 42,000 sq ft building serves as the flagship BMW Canada store for the new corporate aesthetic. The design provides for 22,000 sq ft of showroom and offices and 19 service bays.

The building also incorporates a second level customer lounge, corporate boardrooms and offices and dedicated M and I sales areas, demonstrating BMW’s commitment to performance driving and sustainability. The site design provides for increase street presence with eye catching design, a highly transparent façade and integration of functional and aesthetic program needs.
