This corner lot was formerly home to a single detached house. Zoning allowed for townhomes and the idea for an infill development came together.

Clad in a durable mixture of brick and stone, reflecting the character of the community, as well as metal paneling and pops of colour, the finished project brings a new sense of design language and creativity to this established neighbourhood.

Each townhouse includes a Secondary Dwelling Unit (SDU) with it’s own entrance, in addition to the main home. The quirky lot dimensions and challenging setbacks allowed for the development to comply with all zoning requirements including height and setbacks, bringing 6 new families to the neighborhood.s
