Shopping plaza in the East end of Orleans, at the corner of Trim road and St Joseph boulevard. Currently homes two drive thrus and other small businesses. This infill development provides for a small scale retail plaza on a busy suburban street.

The design for this corner site created three buildings meeting the owner’s objectives to provide small scale retail/commercial units.

Separate buildings were created to allow for phased development and occupancy. A unique character was created for cladding to allow for tenant individuality and fit up.
