Designed to compliment its heritage zone in Centretown Ottawa, Joyce House is a multi-unit condo-development that celebrates sophisticated living and adds a modern touch to the neighbourhood. Units feature gas fireplaces, spacious interiors with at least nine-foot ceilings (11 foot ceilings in the penthouse units), and advanced luxury kitchens, in addition to other convenient – and luxury – amenities.

The building is designed to reach for LEED status, including LED lighting wherever possible, energy-efficient faucets, the healthiest possible lacquers, adhesives, and other building materials, and Heat Recovery Ventilators (hrv) in each unit to providing fresh air directly from the outside.

Acoustic noise suppression materials have been installed between suites and floors. A unique feature of Joyce House is the two car elevators which is used to transport cars between the street level and the underground garage, in order to maximize underground parking capacity. Completion was in Spring of 2017.
